What Users Are Saying About Rhea
Overall I’m enjoying the program and most days I feel better after finishing a session.
Jesska Concussion Recovery
I have actively been completing the program and enjoy it as a source of accountability.
Candace Concussion Recovery
At first I was intimidated by the exercises and the pace. However, after going through the weeks, I am more confident in my abilities. I feel grateful that I tested my limits and know that I can do more than what I initially expected.
Dean Concussion Recovery
I really enjoyed the experience and got great benefit from the workouts and tracking. It was a good ‘companion’ and helpful guide. It’s a lonely, scary place in the TBI world. The design of the app made motivating easy. Also gave such ‘wins’ after completing, which felt good.
Mary Concussion Recovery
Very easy to follow the program with the videos incorporated into the exercise portion of it.
Marlene Concussion Recovery
I was really surprised at how I felt stronger and stronger throughout the weeks. I thought for sure I would have trouble completing the last couple weeks of exercises but felt better each time. Also impressed with how my symptoms improved, big difference!
